Creed recognises that each business or organisation has it’s own story, it’s own identity, it’s own point of difference and it’s own very real needs and limitations. That’s why Creed follow a 5 Step Brand & Logo Design Process with all it’s customers to ensure a tailored future-proof solution is created.

Branding should both precede and underlie any marketing effort. Branding is not push, but pull. Branding is the expression of the essential truth or value of an organisation, product, or service. It is communication of characteristics, values, and attributes that clarify what this particular brand is and is not.

A brand will help encourage someone to buy a product, and it directly supports whatever sales or marketing activities are in play, but the brand does not explicitly say “buy me.” Instead, it says “This is what I am.   1. Discovery. The first step is for Creed to listen and discover the unique personality and story of the organisation. We’re interested in your history, people and goals. Together we’ll work through our Branding Questionnaire to facilitate this process.

  2. Research. Creed then identifies competition to your business or organisation to learn their positioning and find your key marketable points of difference – what sets you apart. Creed uncovers concepts or imagery that will help tell your brand story.

  3. Concept Design. With the understanding gained, Brand & Logo Design concepts will be created. This is the brainstorming part of the process where ideas are fleshed out visually. We then provide you with a range of options created. We’ll discuss these together in detail. From these concepts one or more of the designs will be chosen to develop.

  4. Revisions. We’ll then translate the feedback and conversations to produce a revised Brand & Logo Design for discussion. At this stage subtle changes to colour or positioning and size may be made.

  5. Final Brand Supply. Once we are all 100% happy with what's been created, the final design will be produced and supplied as a Brand & Logo Design Package – with your files supplied in multiple formats for different uses. The Package will include the design for Screen (RGB), for Print (CMYK), and in Rasterised (JPG) and Vector (PDF) formats.

Depending on budget and requirements, a Brand Guidelines Book can be produced to help guide and preserve the integrity of the brand and ensure its proper usage in various forms over the years to come.
